Here in the UK we're allowed one period of exersize a day, aiming to walk from home. This was my first time out with the camera in weeks, down to the local beach. It was a nice sunset but it somehow felt wrong to take yet another sunset with thousands of people dying around the world. Just can't help the way I feel. I then hesitated to post it on a local Facebook group thinking it was inappropriate. Blow me down I was overwhelmed with thankful comments, so many saying how uplifting it was to be reminded of the beauty of nature in these awful times. Many said they cannot now get to the beach and found the photo a tonic after another day of bad news. Seems like I've got my mindset completely wrong.
