Roughly translated as "Fort on the River Conwy" according to Wikipedia.

Taken early morning from the Conwy Road Bridge. Taken at 200mm creating quite a condensed image, the Great Orme in the distance is a good 3 miles from Deganwy.

I don't think i was to keen on the photo at first but i've grown to like the morning blues.

Peak District

Thor’s Cave near Wetton.

Probably not the best place to visit when the kids are on half term and its 18c! Having to contend with 10+ people in the cave i went for 3 long exposures for a HDR image. This removed most of the people, and then i added a single person from a shorter exposure.

Nantmor, North Wales.

On a hike directly from the hut me and Rebecca came across a field with what looked like four white Carneddau mountain ponies in it. We weren't sure if they had been temporarily re-homed off the mountain until better weather. Or if they were being kept in the flood fields(they were fenced off). Either way, they are beautiful and well worth the ankle deep soaking!
