Found this white-tailed doe on a farm field 1 hour after sunset. I was not sure how this photo would turn out when I was taking it, as I only could see a deer shadow on the field with pink color field as the background. I tried few settings before she ran away. I found this one with slow shutter speed works better for me. It turns out not that bad. Lol.
1 hour after sunset. -10 degree. Handheld with 1/15 sec and iso 3200, f5.6. Adjust brightness and white balance.
Have some free time to edit some of my archives from last year. This one is a Short-eared Owl posing nicely in golden hour. The light only last for 10-15 minutes. Got some quick shots and left. But I believed most of us had great time with them and got some terrific shots on them.
Thanks Kim Ng for sharing the location for these SEO. It's appreciated.
A Snowy Owl from a different point of view. Not showing its beautiful face as usual, instead, I got this shot showing the wingspan. It's the first time I got the shot like this, showing it's fully spreading "balanced" wings. It's just amazing how wide the wingspan is. Enjoy.
