Last week, while driving up the Passwang mountain road (Solothurner Jura) I noticed this afternoon light that gave everything this typical autumn glow. Reaching the top of the mountain the view was very clear and the Alps seemed to be incredibly close. A spectacle with hundreds of mountains from the Säntis in the East till the Mont Blanc in the West!
This image frame shows the well known mountains of the Bernese Highland like Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau etc.
