Rob Mulholland, sculptor and environmental artist. "The six male and female figures represent a vestige, a faint trace of the past people and communities that once occupied and lived in this space. The figures absorb their environment, reflecting in their surface the daily changes of life in the forest. They create a visual notion of non – space, a void, as if they are at one moment part of our world and then, as they fade into the forest, they become an intangible outline."

A la place Masséna, elles représentent les différents continents. De nuit, leurs douces variations de couleurs symbolisent le dialogue entre les diverses communautés composant notre société. Elles invitent à lever les yeux et redécouvrir le ciel niçois.

Waldella, Dundee, 2009 is a commissioned work in the McManus Art Gallery and Museum in Dundee. By David Batchelor, born Dundee, 1955. Sited in the new gallery space, the work mimics the effect of stain glass in the grand staircase of the original museum.
