This small building was built in 1937 by the Civilian Conservation Corps, and is so named because it is located near an artesian spring. The water must be pretty good, because I quenched my thirst with water directly from the spring without getting sick!

While hiking through Pokagon State Park, I was treated with an absolutely gorgeous sky. It helped make up for lack of color on the ground and in the trees.
