The Fontaines de la Concorde are two monumental fountains located in the Place de la Concorde in the center of Paris. They were designed by Jacques Ignace Hittorff, and completed in 1840 during the reign of King Louis-Philippe. The south fountain commemorates the maritime commerce and industry of France, and the north fountain commemorates navigation and commerce on the rivers of France.

This must be one of my top favorite places in Bretagne, I realize I must have some kind of lighthouse (or seahouse as my friend calls it ;)) obsession !! It was really interesting to be at a different lighthouse in Normandy while it was really foggy and when we could not see even the beam of light from that particular lighthouse, that strong the fog was. We could just hear the sound, it was rather haunting experience.

Who could visit Paris without capturing one of its most famous sites - Louvre ? Well, I'm not one of those people, so I waited for my favorite part of day - blue hour to capture this amazing place from every possible angle. This is one of my favorite.
The Louvre Pyramid (Pyramide du Louvre) is a large glass and metal pyramid, surrounded by three smaller pyramids, in the main courtyard (Cour Napoléon) of the Louvre Palace (Palais du Louvre) in Paris. The large pyramid serves as the main entrance to the Louvre Museum. Completed in 1989, it has become a landmark of the city of Paris.
