Europe - Romania - Transfagarasan Highway - Transfăgărășan - DN7C - Second-highest paved road ( 2,034 meters) in Romania crossing the southern part of Carpathian Mountains connecting historic regions of Transylvania and Wallachia - Romania's most spectacular and best known mountain road dotted with steep hairpin turns long S-curves and sharp descents at Dusk - Twilight - Blue Hour - Night
This famous road, which former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson declared as "the best road in the world", was on my agenda since the first time we unsuccessfully attempted to drive up at the end of May. Those of you, that know this road, are aware that this road is open only few months a year. It generally opens from end of June/beginning of July untill first snow falls, whenever it might be - even in August !
To capture this unique place in less usual way, I decided for night shot taken during many minutes to capture the full drive of the car, which I was lucky to get.
