The choir of the Catedral de Tui is located in the Capilla Mayor, just past the transept, but in front of the main altar. The master Castro Canseco created these ornate wooden choir stalls at the end of the 17th century. They display exceptional carved reliefs of diverse saints and scenes of the Virgin Mary that accentuate the Marian character of this temple.
