Seen at the lovely Hotel Kitano in Midtown Manhattan, but it turns out she's from Chicago. She explained that her husband was 72, but this was his first grandson so it was a pretty big deal and she was dressed up in her Korean best.

I don't think I'd ever noticed the Chicago-style windows, and was delighted to discover that it was designed by Chicago's own Daniel "Make no little plans" Burnham. 1902.
