At Historic Second Church. These art glass windows were basically placeholders until rich people in the congregation donated the fancy Tiffany ones. There's only one left: no one knows what happened to the others.

Presumably designed by Howard Van Doren Shaw, who designed the entire arts and crafts interior of the church when it was restored after a fire in 1901.
