A funny tidbit, the Mayor is a dog named Lucy.

World Peace Bell
Newport, Kentucky

Housed in the Millennium Monument in Newport, Kentucky, the World Peace Bell is the worlds largest free swinging bell. It was dedicated at Midnight on January 1st, 2000.
