Civil flying during the interwar years. The picture gives a view of a flying show with two Pander biplanes - actually sesquiplanes - on the ground. Flying over is a Fokker D.VII then in use with the LA (Luchtvaart Afdeling) of the Dutch army.
The civil biplane seen fully on the ground is a Pander EF. As this type was further differentiated by the strength of the engine, it was either an EF 85 (85 hp engine) or an EF 80 (80 hp engine)
The civil registration cannot be fully seen, but it could be either the PF-AFJ (c/n.30), the PF-AFZ (c/n. 31) or rhwe PH-AFX (c/n.38).

Civil flying between the wars in the Netherlands with a biplane of Dutch design, a Pander EG 100. This machine camem onto the Dutch civil register as PH-AFM (c/n. 33 ) in August 1930. The machine was completely destroyed on the airfield Waalhaven (near Rotterdam) when it was bombed on 10 May 1940 during the German invasion.

An overview of an airfield in the Netherlands during the interwar years. It is likely there was a demonstration day as two military Fokker D.VII in use with the LA (Luchtvaart Afdeling) of the Dutch army fly overhead.
On the ground is a large collection of civil machines, with to the left first row, PH-MAG a de Havilland Puss Moth, followed by PH-AFM Pander EG 100, followed by another Pander and de Havilland.
On the second row are two Pander biplanes of different models.

The last bomber built before the start of the 1940-45 war, the Fokker T.IX. Only a protype was built which first flew on 11 September 1939. This prototype was seized by the Germans in May 1940, who were not interested in the machine as they judged their own bombers of superior design.
