Hey Everyone

For the benefit of those who may have missed my previous Move message but I have moved to a new Flickr account.

I have thought long and hard about this and decided to move to a new Flickr account. I have decided to do this as this current account is about 6 years old now and I have decided to have a fresh start with a New Flickr Account.

Also I wanted to move away from the 'Turnipfarmer' username that I first started with on Flickr back in 2009, something I realised that couldn't be changed afterwards so I am sticking with my name on the new account which I feel is more inline with my website and other Photo accounts I have on the web, also looks more professional too!

I'd like to thank everyone that has followed me over the last 5-6 years and hope it may continue over on my new Flickr account.

Kings Cross Underground Station, London, England

I couldn't resist in playing around with this tunnel and this was the result, another to add to my 'Conceptional Fabrication' photo series, it is good fun.

I have done two versions of this, one in this monochrome feel and the other in a colour feel. Personally I prefer this one as it gives it a more sci-fi futuristic feel to the image but I might upload the other later on and let you see which you all prefer.

This is one tunnel I plan to revisit next time I am down in London which will hopefully be Open House London. As always I can't wait for it and look forward to seeing what the Open House team have in store as the main events!

I am planning on doing a blog post maybe next month of some of the places I have visited in the last 5 Open Houses that I have done to help those make decisions on where to visit and photograph.

Would this be of interest to anyone?

Hope you are all having a great week so far and looking forward to tomorrow being Friday and all! :-)

Waterloo Underground Station, London, England

An old photo this one but one to add to my 'Conception Fabrication' architectural series. I quite like the interesting shapes and the face at the end of the tunnel of this fabrication that I have done. Its such aa good way to edit a photo that you would not have edited via conventional means, I have probably got enough now to put into a gallery which I will do in due course.

You may have noticed that I have decided to tidy up and streamline my description on my flickr uploads as I feel sometimes the story of my photo can be lost within all the other information I have provided, do you agree or did you prefer the old way?

Fear not, don't worry my little story behind each photo will remain as I know a lot of you like this part of my photos and of course I enjoy this part the most!

Let me know what you think and if you want me to go back to the old way.

Golden Lane Estate Carpark, Barbican, London, England

Always wanted to visit this carpark in London after seeing several photos from here and finally found it. Such an atmospheric carpark and very Brutalist in nature.

I took several photos of this carpark and would have preferred if the sunlight was more central but this is where the sun was at that time of day, ah well! I bet here would be great at dusk or dawn with softer light coming through the circular openings.

Hope you all are having a good week, I am slowly working through my latest London photos and will get them uploaded soon.
