The Chicago Chamber Orchestra is in rehearsal underneath the incredibly beautiful Tiffany stained glass dome at the Chicago Cultural Center. This room is known as Preston Bradley Hall, and is the venue for a host of free concerts, including those of the orchestra pictured.
The sound of the orchestra rehearsing filled the entire south end of the building, and was absolutely magnificent. The acoustics of this room are a musician's dream come true. I did not have time to stay for their free concert, but would love to go back again to listen. They are a very talented bunch of musicians.
