Most of the wire frame I've made has been temporarily removed to make building easier, but you can see two of the lines at the tip of the wedge; the others follow a similar pattern with the other attachment points you see.
Also that fan is most definitely temporary.

Done a lot of work on the underside. The bottom is almost done, need some touching up at some point.
I'll be taking a short break from SHIPtember to focus on my next Bio-cup entry, so I'll probably start work on it again in about a week, which will probably time nicely with my bricklink orders coming in.

So the long and short of it is that my bricklink order (that I placed on August 24th) finally arrived, about 2 weeks after I was expecting to get it. This is the progress I've done so far on it, hopefully I'll get this done by the 31st.
There's still a lot of adjusting to the shaping you see here but this is the general gist of what the SHIP is going to be like. Next WIP should show some improvements (hopefully).
If it doesn't look like I'll get it done in time I'll do the emergency 24 hour SHIP build and make that my SHIPtember build, but that's now as a last resort.
Seriously almost 5 weeks for a bricklink order is ridiculous, even for New Zealand.

The Prophet is a concept ship designed more as a showpiece rather than for practicality. The ship is powered by a rotary anti-gravity engine with the ships-rims functioning as stylized radiators for the ships components, with heat pipes connecting it to the main frame.
The ship can carry 2 passengers and 2 pilots with a large viewing angle from the cockpit.
The ship also features a set of landing gear and an easy access lower-able ramp directly into the cockpit.
The SHIP is 138 studs (1.1m) metres long.
