Back during the start of the year I did a road trip around some of the National Parks in the South Western parts of the United States with Dave Morrow. These are stars over the Mesquite Sand Dunes in Death Valley, California. If you look closely, you can actually see Dave standing atop the dunes in the distance. Quite possibly taking this shot of the dunes.

We camped in Death Valley for a few days and this particular night we spent several hours wandering the sand dunes shooting the moonlit landscape.
