This 200 kilometers race around the island of Tahiti lasts 3 days and is one of the most popular with dozens of V6 and an armada of supporters.
The sea condition were ideal, the wind at 12 knots would have been ideal but the race was going with the wind at 8 knots and 4 knots of real wind was not enough to lift my flowform and the rig so we had to go against the race, an extra challenge to aim the outrigger canoes from the Leica D Lux 3 suspended on the kite string over the water.
