Rutland Water

A beautiful Little Egret coming in to feed at Manton Bay, it was one of a dozen or more feeding right in front of the hide, very entertaining, I could watch these birds all day long.

Minsmere

I visit Minsmere at least twice a year hoping to see the Bitterns and have never been disappointed. This image was taken from the Bittern hide, it did involve a three hour wait but it was well worth it as this bird landed right in front of me before working it's way into the cover.
