I always thought you were supposed to do this kind of stuff at home, so I was surprised when girls in Costa Rica would prune their eyebrows in class. I was even more surprised when my own wife did it at the ferry waiting area, so I'm hoping it's not a faux pas in Buenos Aires.
Some pictures I took using my iPod and the Instagram app. Not very clear because of the iPod's poor camera, but still fun and fast.
