The famous bridge in Avignon also known as Pont Saint-Bénezet was built at around the same time that Cambridge University started. It has been out of use since the late 17th century, but is still a beautiful structure.

On the road to the summit of Mont Ventoux in Provence, France. This mountain, nearly 2000m high, is one of the moutain legs of the Tour de France and on the day there were many people making the gruelling bike ride up the slopes.
