Cache (from Geocaching) passed her area search certification last week and is now qualified to go on actual searches with Southwest Search Dogs. This is a week late, but I didn't have an opportunity to shoot her last week. Cache is Terry's second search dog.

Cache is half Golden Retriever and half Labrador Retriever, which was an intentional cross, because she was bred to be a service dog and her breeders felt that the ideal service dog contains the best traits from both breeds. For whatever reason, she did not work out as a service dog, but their loss is Terry's and our gain.
