We start 'em young at Southwest Search Dogs. This is Karma, who at just 8 weeks old, attended her first training this Saturday. She looks like she's going to be a great search dog and/because she had lots of fun, despite the rain. Cuteness isn't a requirement for being a search dog, but it doesn't hurt, either, which is a good thing because Karma has excessive cuteness (and puppy breath, too).

Lenore is training her dog Karma to take over for her older dog Aura when she retires.
