Fluidr / Those Eyelashes Have Got to Be Fake - Immature Secretary Bird

I don't know why the Zoo would put fake eyelashes on a Secretary Bird. I guess sunglasses were out of the question. I wonder which came first - the fake eyelashes or the name Secretary Bird. And when will they update the name to be Administrative Assistant Bird?
