after many acrobatic maneuvers, the tern give up the fish, which the jaeger catches in mid air while the tern is distancing itself and complaining (note the use of the left leg as an aileron). This was not the end... the Jaeger continued harassing the tern for a bit longer but she did not regurgitate any other fish.

Great Skua in 9 slides. This bird spotted some fish remains laying on the ground within a crowd of diamond beach tourists and dove after it. it carried it a short distance away, and i followed. The Skua then proceeded to shake bits off, here walking to retrieve one.
