The abandoned ruins of the New York World's Fair State Pavilion in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens.

The Observation Towers are made of concrete and the tallest is 226 feet (69 metres) high.

The observation platforms (which appear in the movie Men in Black) were once accessed by two 'Sky Streak' capsule elevators attached to the tallest (western) tower.

The southern tower has a platform height of 85 feet (26 metres) and the northern tower is 160 feet (49 metres) high.

2-image panorama taken in Astoria, Queens, New York.

Steinway & Sons - also known simply as Steinway - is an American and German manufacturer of handmade pianos and purveyor of subcontracted pianos from suppliers sold under the secondary names Boston and Essex. Steinway was founded in Manhattan in 1853 by German immigrant Heinrich Engelhard Steinweg (later known as Henry E. Steinway). The company's growth led to the opening of a factory and 'company town' in what is now Astoria in Queens, New York. A factory was also opened in Hamburg, Germany.
