We are in YB Sapsucker territory but this one appears to have a red -nape. Any thoughts?

Here are three similar woodpeckers, one from Edmonton and two from Costa Rica. Left to right, Pileated, Pale-billed and Lineated. The Pale -billed has a very limited range of N. Mexico to Panama. The Lineated is found from N.Mexico to N. Argentina
