The D23 two bath works well with this kind of high-contrast shots. Very little post manipulation - just some straightening out of the lines and a minor crop.

Pricing of the Canucks Hokey memorabilia fluctuates a bit - depending how well the team is doing. The Totem poles are miniatures - which probably is a good thing as trying to get a 50 ft tall one on a plane as a souvenir could be a challenge.

Test roll with Arista Premium 400 (@ 320). Works well - a bit "soft" but good mid-tones. I cut the time in A (constant agitation) and kept the Borax stand to 3 minutes. Less fried high lights.
