Extreme crop - negative area used is about 10x15 mm. I was trying the Arista 400 in Beutler A/B developer. Rough grain and a bit flatter contrast than Adox/D76. It is a developer that works well with slow films - but a bit too rough for 400 iso and above.

The Heliar 50f2 has replaced my Summicron's as my standard 50 (OK, also the 50 planar f2 is used as that too). The Heliar has a fairly distinct look to the image. Maybe not razor sharp (for that I use either the Summilux 50 Asph or the 50f2 Planar).
The Nickel Heliar also looks really good on a black camera!

The big concrete dock is now removed from Jericho Beach and were it was there is now a brand new beach.I kind of miss the old, rather ratty and evidently unsafe float plane dock.
