Fluidr / A healty mixed forest by ramerk

During the last years, spruce forests experienced a lot of problems, e.g. related to the bark beetles. A reorganization to a mixed forest seems to be the only alternative for survival.

This, still healthy forest is located near the Frauenau dam, which is part of a water storage reservoir.
