Two concerts, one festival and then a quote in a row. Work is slowly killing me.

I bet you recognized the famous station of Liège-Guillemins, didn't you ?
Every time I come to this city, I end up shooting a different part of the station before I take back my train home.

The architecture there is very unique. Though some may think it's quite a weird idea to build up such an open place in a country as chilly as Belgium.
Most people were waiting for the first ride to Brussels, right after the Transardentes festival. It was damn cold, so people took refuge in the only warm accessible spots : The elevators and the bank. Such a funny sight.

Thirty minutes later, everyone fell asleep in the cozy train. One more uncommon scenery.
I just love these kinda unconventional, rare moments.

Good news : My last timelapse should soon be projected at the Apero Photomatic of the Bar du Matin.

The next upload will certainly be a gear review. I've been wandering around with the Light Craft Workshop rig set for a while and also just received a bunch of bags from Think Tank.
Then I'll have some more live shots to show up with the concert of Applause on friday.

In the spiderweb of facts, many a truth is strangled ~ Paul Eldridge.

It may seem weird, but I've been hunting webs for about two months. I was getting quite desperate as none of those I found were fitting the restrictions.
I needed a quite big one with some far away lights in the background. In brief : A bokeh-compliant-spider-nest location.

And then, yesterday night, I found that bridge near Tour&Taxis on my way back home. The reinforcements of the barriers, the light and the water probably makes it the perfect place for spiders to live in.

The only downside is that this spot is not that safe : About six people stopped by and talked nonsense while I was shooting. Not the best conditions to work confortably !
And unfortunately, the webs weren't big enough to catch those guys.
But still, adrenaline is part of the game ! I'm still alive. Nobody raped me nor stole my gear.

Hey guys ! Looks like the 60 Quotes Project is back on track !
I've been really busy, again. Making my way through the project dealing with work and school became very hard these days. But I'm holding on !

Still, here's a picture from Brussels, seen from the canal.

Since it's the winter, the city lights are being pretty isolated. Appart from the noises of the car on the nearby road, the city looks almost dead.
The atmosphere in this place is pretty cold and gloomy.
I've been craving for this spot for a while now. The feeling is pretty unique from that location.

By the way, I think this one must be seen in a bigger size.

It was a cloudy yet rainy day this afternoon, so I moved to Laeken to take a few shots.
This kiosk is right in front of the Museums of the Far East.

Good news : I probably will participate to the collective exposition I went at last year again. I'll give more informations on facebook later.

Though I just discovered New Super Mario Bros on the DS. I can't take my hands off this game. I'd love to write a bit more about it, but my addiction won't let me.
