Chrysanthemum flowers.

This was a puzzling accident.

It started out as Petal Exuberance II and I just wanted to change the colours using an HSL adjustment layer. That worked fine - I found a nice light blue.

And then I just decided to finish it off with a soft dark vignette.
But accidentally, rather than vignetting the whole image, I placed the vignette just on the blend range image layer. This has the strange effect of bleaching the outer corners of colour.

I'm still not quite sure what is going on here but I liked the effect. A puzzling sort of happiness :)
