Not sure why this circle was created. ? Found it curious, intriguing and good for a foreground element. Any ideas?

Mt. Buller and Mt Engadine in the distance.

Have a great week!

A heavy breeze is whipping up the chill waters of Alberta's Upper Kananaskis Lake.

Some nice ice has formed and hangs on that driftwood.

Glad I wore a heavy coat this day.

Happy Friday!

Autumn in Alberta's Kananaskis Country with the jagged Opal Range rising majestically in the distance.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

These are the two summits in view behind yesterday's shot of Spoon Needle Peak. Beauty around every corner of Alberta's Kananaskis.

Thanks for taking a look!

No, not those 2 tall peaks in the background. But the smaller pointy peak in shadow in front of them.

This thin prominent peak stands out nicely as one drives north on the Kananaskis Trail (aka Bighorn Hwy, Hwy 40). Was a good challenge figuring out it's name.

The twin summits of massive Mt. Kidd loom large in the background.

Just one of many spectacular peaks one sees in Kananaskis Country.

Have a wonderful Sunday!
