Of all the peaks I chase Glacier Park's Mt. Sinopah wins the award for best colors at sunrise (Mt. Rainier's a close second). Few capture the first rays of the sun fully as well as Sinopah.

To enhance the experience a nearby small lake, Pray Lake, is frequently calm early in the day to nicely capture reflections of the beauty above. However, that is temporary as the winds here later in the day can be robust and strong.
