A photo clearly showing the damage on the roofline of the Hotel Rizo del'Oro's tallest building in the Zona Norte of Tijuana, BCN, Mexico. Management should (but hadn't, as of my last visit on 7-17-16...) do something about this before dry rot sets in... Taken by a Nikon D610 with a Nikkor 50mm ƒ 1.4 AF-D lens. Exposure is 1/4000 sec @ ƒ 1.4, ISO 100. (I've forgotten to take the camera out of aperture priority, again...)
In "Abandoned, Neglected, Weathered or Rusty" as neglected, especially in light of the continued lack of work on the damage, while other, to the poster's mind, less important, (to the structural integrity of the building) work was performed on the building...
