I explored the Granada Cemetary with some new friends and it made me do some serious thinking. Our cultural differences surrounding death were immediately obvious and it was quite a cool experience wandering through the cemetary; an interesting way to learn about a different place for sure!
Although it was fairly obvious that people spend lots of money on burials, there was still a huge gap between the rich and the poor. All the way from huge marble mausoleums with ornate carvings, beautiful landscaping and wrought iron fences to simple wooden crosses with nothing written on them. I enjoyed the poorer section of the cemetary more and spent a fair amount of time photographing it. These horses seemed oblivious to us and continued grazing the whole time.

Zan and I spent some time wandering through the depths of the market in Granada one day and found some pretty cool stuff. You can buy pretty much anything you want in there - I could have spent hours wandering however was short on time.
