The heavy haze in the Canyon took on a bluish hue an hour or so before sunset. I thought it made a nice abstract image.

I took a number of shots of the Eclipse at various phases. I think that this one is my favorite. I like the symmetry of it, and it kind of reminds me of the symbol for the old game Quake.

Purple Haze

A look west through the canyon just after the sun had set. It seemed even more hazy that usual, possibly due to the forest fires burning in South-central Arizona?
