Once upon a time, there was a house in Venice that had even more colors than the rainbow. It was one of the nicest attractions for the children and everyone in the town remembers the big balcony full of flowers and colorful windmills made by diffrent pieces of recycled materials.
When the wind of the South is blowing, the windmills play a strange music that keeps everyone listening, waiting for the Acqua Alta.
The windmills' house apppear every few years somewhere in the city. But no one could never see the owner.
