Early Morning Dew...
In the fall a few years ago around mid October I got up early. A heavy wet dew had completely covered everything with a layer of tiny water droplets on every branch of the tree in the front yard.
I went out right away and took this photo of the cherry tree in our front yard.

Nesting Dove..
A Mourning dove has set up nest in the tree out front of our house. I have a prefect vantage point out my upstairs window to get some shots of it. Hopefully I will get to see the hatchlings and get some shots of those as well.

Wading Ducks...
The snow had just begun falling and within a few minutes had really started to accumulate. in the soccer field the birds were everywhere. two ducks splashing in a small puddle and too many robins to count all digging in the grass for food.

Clouds And Overcast..
The clouds were dark, thick and heavy; almost threatening. Making observing the eclipse impossible. we had set up all our gear and patiently waited for the the time of totality to happen but without a break in the cloud cover we gave up just after it turned dark. we had snapped a few shots before hand to set our camera settings. this was one of them.
