Barred Owl (Strix varia)
Walking around a local park yesterday looking for spring migrants and was extremely surprised to find a Barred Owl sitting at eye level right off the boardwalk of the park! I had to wait 30 minutes to get a shot with both eyes open. Lots of shots with one eye ;)
