While they were definitely centre of attention of others, the ladies were lost in their own (mobile) world.

.. and I got my decisive moment. View On Black (Shot in Chowpatty, Mumbai)

Henri Cartier Bresson most famous, photograph illustrating the decisive moment, which characterized his work and inspired generations of photographers. There are a many inspirations of HCB that can be found on flickr itself, I was particularly amused by the one in comment section.

Anyways, while I stake no claim to concept of this photograph, I do intend to share how this photograph was made - it wasn't a chance shot. More of that on my Blog

Such pleasure to shoot kids, especially when they are all ganged up. Alone, they could be a bit shy, but together - what a lovely joyful group. It was a matter of few seconds in which they gave me this frame. What Joy in seeing the unbridled smiles on their faces.

This one is a bit high key shot, not intended really. I am learning shooting in fully manual mode and am still to get over my habit of not checking the exposure meter. In the end, I like it.
Exposure0.008 sec (1/125)
Aperturef/5.6
Focal Length22 mm
ISO Speed200
Exposure Bias0 EV
