Het Hoia Baciu bos is - zeggen ze - één van de engste plekken van Europa. Misschien dat het er 's nachts spookt, maar bij daglicht was er niet veel engs aan. Het was echter wel leuk om even bezocht te hebben en foto's en dronebeelden te kunnen maken, vooral de beruchte open plek waar niks groeit is wel bijzonder. Geen ufo's of geesten gezien, wel herten en lokale boeren met paard en wagen die precies op de open plek overstaken.

The Hoia Baciu forest is - they say - one of the scariest places in Europe. Maybe it's scary at night, but in daylight it isn't. However, it was nice to have visited and to be able to make pictures and drone shots, especially the open place where nothing grows is quite special. We haven't seen any UFOs or ghosts, but we did see deers and local farmers with a horse and carriage that crossed the open place.
