...and just last night I got around to printing the new block. Everything went pretty smoothly and about 20-25 prints turned out nice enough to edition. The value shifts aren't all quite what I was planning on as I had grown so accustomed to the block's image - but all is well because I took pictures of the block before inking so I may be able to get a full color serigraph using the line-work in the future.

If you are interested in purchasing this print or any others, they are for sale over here at my etsy shop. And of course, I'm always willing to make trades for other prints I admire :)

Meet the cast for my upcoming graphic novel!
End of Rome is a travelogue of a two-week trip through Eastern Europe in the boiling heat of the summer of 2019. The characters in the story are designed based on the drawings of my children, which adds a nice twist to the story!
More info to come!

information for all series of *Natural Forces*

Last my series of graphic works are dedicated to natural forces, death, birth, time, universe, nature. Used simple symbols as dust - meaningless, metal - questionable residual value, plant - short life, human(you can guess value), skulls and bones - death, mortality and the unachievable nature of immortality, Greek mythology and old sculptures fragments as something very old and still very same as we do have now and trying to cherish.
Janus - two-faced God. One his head looks into the past another one to the future. His symbol of transitional periods as from start to the end, also as from war to peace and opposite. Two strong differences in one... as you can link and to the nature itself.
This work - *IANVS - praeteritum et futurum - first of series and last one is * Into the dust* which has one faced symbol which doesn't look back or into the future it looks directly at the person. There is no second which belongs to the past and new second which goes to the future. It is just one second - current time.
And as sad this would not sound our life which we count long 84 years old or more, in fact, to compare with the universe is just moment. Dust.
