Who'd have thought running up and down sand dunes could be taken so seriously?

Not wishing to labour the point but St Pauls: awesome.

I mean, you might think you've seen old buildings that are bigger than you thought possible, but that's just peanuts compared to St Pauls.

Really. It's breathtaking.

Grey skies give way to the sort of sunshine that flatters the honey-coloured stone of Oxford.

The Radcliffe Camera makes an impressive sight and an even better pun.

My parents have been visiting Seattle and Canada for the last two-and-a-bit weeks. It's been lovely to get a chance to show them 'round.

We dropped in for a drink at Poppy, just across the road from the B&B they were staying in. Sadly this means they didn't get to try the tandoori chicken naanwiches, currently a Seattle Happy Hour favourite of mine.
