As soon as you have asked a question; any question will do e.g.; How did I get here? Who can I ask help from? What can I do now? Where can I go for help? Asking questions will get you out of the instinct brain which can only respond by fighting, yelling, screaming, running away, freezing, dissociation or passive aggression.

Whatever your instinct brain uses in its belief it is attempting to protect you is now only causing to place you and all around you into very dangerous situations.
When you find yourself back in the thinking brain you need to feel any leftover bad feelings and literally shake them off.
Feelings of joy will slowly fill your body as you shake of the bad feelings.

Keep repeating the, 1x ASK QUESTIONS & 2x SHAKE OFF BAD FEELINGS. Practising these new ways of dealing with stress and fear will continue to create the new pathways needed within the human brain.
