After my series "Of horses and (wo)men", here is the second extract from my current work on Dinard, a small bourgeois seaside town on the north coast of Brittany, in France.
“Waiting for the sun” is the still cool period when the light struggles to break through, this moment which stretches for a long time in the region and during which life is slow, despite nature beginning to wake up.
