Strobist: YN560 1/16 power in a folding 24" soft box above and slightly behind cookies, RF602 trigger. YN565 with a snoot from camer left at 1/128 power, optically triggered. White card infront of cookies, camera shooting underneath it. You can see the story of the light in the glass.
