Image Description: |
Flowing through Yosemite Valley like a river of molten fire the light from cars illuminate the fog as it drifts through the valley following the general winding of the Merced River. Bridalveil flows down the canon wall as El Capitan and Half Dome catch the last bit of alpine glow. The image took about 8 minutes to capture and was done in just under 40 shots. Then carefully blending the headlights and taillights from a dozen or so cars that happened along as I was shooting. It was a magical night under the stars. |
