A Blue Jelly swims in inner space. Acquiring this shot was no small feat. The tank was a cylinder making reflections near impossible. In addition if anyone stood on the other side of the tank you'd get them in the shot. These creatures never cease to amaze me whether seen in the wild or as in this case inside a tank at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
One of the main things I have had to learn as a photographer is you have to
have a lot of patience if you really want the shot. This is one of my
favorite ones for the detail of the little jelly.
