From Highway 140, you enter the Valley through a forest of blooming Dogwood trees along the river. You turn into an impossibly dense lush forest of pines and dogwoods with blooms blanketing the trees and dancing in the breeze. Then without warning, the forest opens up and you catch what will be your first view of Yosemite’s impossible scenery. From a distance cliff pours the windswept waterfall called appropriately Bridalveil Fall. Then it disappears as quickly as it appeared. You wonder if what you just saw was really possible. Brace yourself, this was just a teaser to what is to come. The next several mile drive up into Yosemite Valley will blow your mind!
